KBM can do a lot of this, but for some parts I’ve had to start learning Apple Script. I’ve started working with Keyboard Maestro (KBM) and one of the macros I’m looking to produce is one to open a specific Apple note, position it on screen, size it, and close the main notes window leaving the single note on screen. Alternatively, you can trigger Keyboard Maestro macros by AppleScript, and Drafts does include support for running AppleScript in actions. To stop recording, click the Stop button Seems easy enough. Perform the actions you want to record in the recordable app. In the Script Editor app / on your Mac, click the Record button in the toolbar.
The instructions seem clear, but not very helpful. Hi guys thanks for approving the membership Keyboard Maestro enables you to run any Apple Script, or any compiled OSA script, in any application simply by pressing a key on your keyboard. 5 I dont understand how the Record system works in AppleScript.
